The future of Music Making is here...

Hey moms, dads, grandmas and grandpas.... The future of music is in front of you. At Keys to Fun we've always focused on our goal of helping adults enjoy the hobby of making music. Although this continues to be our goal, we know that oftentimes "you" would also love to share your love of music making with your children and grandchildren. Well, that goal can be realized easier than it's ever been in the history of music making by utilizing the features in the Yamaha CVP Series. The instruments in this series range greatly in both size and price but they have one thing in common: they are incredibly intuitive and allow someone that's never played a note before to feel the accomplishment of finishing a whole song in under a minute.

To show you how easy it is, here is my four year old daughter using one of the features on the CVP series called "follow the lights". This built in program allows you to simply look for the light above the key that needs to be played next while showing a bouncing ball in the screen that moves from note to note as you progress through the song. The coolest thing is that the rhythmic background moves with you; if you play fast, so do they. If you need more time, they wait on the next note until you get there.

The future is now, folks. This is where music making is going and it's opening up a whole new world of opportunity for both adults as well as children. Features like "follow the lights" are incredibly exciting for adults who never believed that they could make music and, at the same time, fun for kids by showing them immediate results that will maintain their interest!
